Yoga For Women
An intimate class for women focused on Conscious Breath and Alignment based Hatha Yoga practice to cultivate strength, balance and calmness. This class will provide you with ancient and modern tools to help you engage deeply with your life, increase balance, release stress, and develop resiliency and clarity.
An integrative practice created for women to welcome healing that is present in body, mind, and subtle deeper energetic layers of your being. Class will end with deep restorative with an invitation to recognize your innate peace of mind that is always present a midst all changing circumstances of life.
